POMONA — A small and shallow earthquake rattled a portion of San Bernardino County Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The magnitude-3.2 temblor struck at 5:24 a.m. at a depth of 1.2 miles, its epicenter 3.5 miles north of San Antonio Heights and 8.5 miles north-northeast of Claremont in eastern L.A. County, according to a computer-generated USGS report.
No damages or casualties were immediately reported, and none were likely given the quake’s weak magnitude.
